The Pikpad tool tray is an innovative solution studied for optimally organising tools according to the 5S Kaizen approach.

This tool storage system is a functional combination between the shadow board and the more traditional thermoformed shaped insert for drawers. Made of aluminium, it is nonetheless very easy to clean, is not subject to rust and can be reconfigured as required.

When attached to the appropriate aluminium bar, this tool tray can be adjusted to 3 different positions thanks to its patented profile.

The side handles make it easier to move Pikpad: once the tray has been used on the worktop, it can be put back into the drawer very quickly, so it can protect the tools inside. Using Pikpad together with traditional separation accessories for drawers, such as boxes and metal dividers, allows for expanding the internal organisation of the chests of drawers exponentially.

The PikPad 5S tool tray is designed for professional applications, for example in mechanical workshops, laboratories or assembly and mounting workstations, but thanks to its high customisation options, it can be used and reused in several other sectors as well.
